- Communication Records: We retain customer service communications and inquiries for 2 years to improve our service quality and for record-keeping purposes.
- Payment Information: We retain payment records for 7 years for accounting, tax, and legal compliance purposes.
- Usage Data: We retain anonymized usage data for analytical purposes for up to 3 years.
Data retention criteria include:
- The length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you
- Whether there is a legal obligation to which we are subject
- Whether retention is advisable considering our legal position (such as for statutes of limitations, litigation, or regulatory investigations)
